RIGHT TO WITHDRAW
Every private customer that has purchased a product for private use can recede from the same purchase within 14 days from delivery of parcel, provided that the products to be returned are perfectly still packed. The person that intends to recede from the purchase will have to manifest in writing the wish to use of such right by filling in the return form. Reimbursement will be made on the account given in the form and after checking the content of the parcel. The shipping and handling won't belong to the reimbursement. The consignment will be to load of the client that uses of such right.
Refund will be made within 14 working days after getting returned package.
